Hmmm OK, I think I'm up to the task if you don't mind a few of questions beforehand... mostly to make sure my head is wrapped around this sufficiently.
1. Is it best to clone the bluebanana GIT repository right in the '/plugins' directory of the Cinelerra-CV source tree, will that have everything in it's proper place? 2. The only Makefile that needs editing is the Makefile within the '/plugins' directory of the source correct? 3. If I 'git-pull' my existing GIT source tree where I got the version of Cinelerra with your updated Overlay engine then add bluebanana everything should play nice together, or is there a different Cinelerra GIT repo I should clone? Thanks very much for your quick responses and help :). BTW if I am successful I would be more than happy to link and share my 32bit 'bluebanana.so' if that would provide a useable build for other 32bit users. -GLEN >> You can disregard my previous post I discovered the problem in the >> terminal...silly me should have done that first!
