Got opengl working and speed improvement with the attached patch. This patch
needs to be applied after all those sent earlier. The source they
apply to - i forgot to mention is the git head of cinelerra CV trunk.

Major remaining  problem is that when .MTS file is paused, the image
is torn badly when overlaid by the safe-area rectangles.
Seeking and Reverse play, I guess is not possible in Transport
Streams. Pause and restart mostly works.

Some Observations:
With Panasonic .MTS sample (h264/ac3), X11 and Xv reach 100fps on fast play.
(Every frame set and no async. decode). But  opengl only touches 40fps
on fast and normal play.
But with the dirac and 1280x720 bcast quality h264 TS streams (both
25fps), opengl touches 60, X11 touches 40 and Xv barely 35 !
