I have had nothing but problems getting anything "cisco ADSM or cisco java based app" working on any of my 64bit vista (and forget about ipsec client that works right on 64bit), I'm not sure if you are having the same problem but my 2 cents

I have reloaded the PDM and image file a couple times...Also if you just bring up the PDM and not do anything for a couple minutes then try to add some rules or service groups it gives the error saying the command can not be sent to the pix.
