Actually this is a "known" problem that has existed for some time.  I believe 
there is even a PDM upgrade/update that will fix the issue.  Problem as I 
understand it, is that the Java changed in the context of tightening up 
security and the older PIX PDM gives errors now.  The newer PDM should 
resolve that issue.  A google search for PIX PDM Java gives loads and loads 
of "info"...
