FWSM http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps2706/ps4452/tsd_products_support_model_home.html the virtualization design guide should be able to give you some ideas to start from as Tony mentioned, the fwsm is similar to asa/pix code, the cpress book is decent, i found it very basic unfortunately the full FWSM book doesnt come out until i think september..
