some stupid java error, so I opened a tac case for them
to give me the file.
Maybe after this happens enough times and costs them real
money it will get fixed.
That's even better than my idea of asking your account team to get you
the files. Genius! I feel a rash of network upgrades coming next week.
Unfortunately I'm afraid that I may be forced to open several TAC
cases to support my needs. Pity.
