Yes, I have this command in global config.
We've added it to save DSCP transparency on the edge routers - because without 
it,
DSCP field is rewritten with MPLS EXP field value.
And there are a lot of client's services with policy-maps with double-set 
statements :
set mpls exp imposition Y
set ip dscp XX

> Try to add "mls qos rewrite ip dscp" to you global configuration.

But this will destroy DSCP transparency..

Although, I've tried to add "mls qos rewrite ip dscp", the result is the same - 
traffic is matched on the router, but not marked:-(
