My read of the specifications is that they don't but a real world confirmation would be nice as we are trying to figure out if we need to move in the direction of force10 (which clearly support multiprotocol BGP) as we start swapping out our 3500s which we use with iBGP as customer facing aggregation in a few places.
We use a pair of 3750s with ipv6 BGP (talking to a vpnv6 peering on a 6500 in fact); image is:
