The current document RIPE 463 (http://www.ripe.net/docs/ripe-463.html) states : "Current guidelines require a network to be multi-homed for an AS Number to be assigned. Requests must show the routing policy of the Autonomous System" But does not mention a verification nor blacklisting process. ------------------------ Anyway, the syntax of which you speak is called "RPSL" (RFC2622) which was supposed to have been superceeded by "RPSLng" (RFC4012).
