 The CEF load balancing algorithm is the same one that is used for the 
etherchannel.
The only solution to this, and what I do on my network, is even/odd.  
Add 1 more port to each one of your uplinks from the 3560
so that there are 3 instead of two and it will have a different modifier 
for the algorithm and the traffic will load balance over all the links.
