it's an EARL7 limitation, so it affects everything up to and including the
PFC3C and it doesn't depend on software revision.
Exactly. PFC4 will raise that exception, IPv6 uRPF is performed
in hardware also there (currently only Nexus 7k has PFC4/DFC4 engines).
