The question you really need to ask yourself is "what am I trying to do?", because once you have defined the problem properly, only then can you hope to reach a solution.

Are you trying to use an ME6524 as a core/edge router, because your budget won't support buying other equipment? Are you trying to supply full routes to a customer connected to one of these devices. Are you using this device as an interconnect router with another ISP?

You may not need to run full routes on this box. And if you attempt to run full routes on the box, you will run into serious problems.
