Just get a cold spare from ebay? It's just the chassis that's going EoS,
and they're pretty cheap.
E chassis are also relatively cheap on the open market, from what I've
seen. I can sort of understand if the justification barrier is the time
it would take to replace the chassis, or not wanting to incur the
downtime. From a cost perspective, the barrier really isn't there.
