Hi Aaron, Seems like it's caused by one of the following defects:
CSCtq97867 - SNMP Generating "Faulty" status for Power supply when PS is inserted This is fixed in 15.0(2)SE and 12.2(55)SE4. CSCtx16194 - C3750 stack switches ciscoEnvMonSupplyState returns notFunctioning (6) This has not been fixed yet. You can follow bug details on Cisco website.
