Thanks Jay, can you issue a /56 via SLAAC ?  ...DHCPv6 ?....  in otherwords,
is there an automated/dynamic way to issue this /56 you mention ?

Also, as an ISP you should delegate a IPv6 prefix (such as a /56) to each of
your customers rather than just a single address.  We don't have that issue
because we consider our campus user devices as leaf devices, but customers
of an ISP are entitled to a prefix larger than /64 which they can divide
into
/64 subnets for their internal use.
