It does, however in single RSP-4G you are limited 93-95Gbps. No problem
with redundant RSP-4G.

limitations are in terms of 40/100G LC support with RSP4.
I seem to remember reading something at some point saying if with an
RSP4/8, two are required and both are required to run active/active.
Whereas with an RSP440, which has more fabric capacity, wouldn't
require a second fabric active at the same time.
