That version should support it, imo. You even have telnet access, apparently. 

Try running the CM in IPv6 first to see if it comes up properly (cable ip-init 
ipv6 under the cable interface). Some instructions are detailed there (but I 
guess you’ve seen this):

There’s a MDD override MIB that has to be off (at “honor-mdd” actually) on the 
CM for this to work. Otherwise, posting your bundle config might help, but 
debugging IPv6 on a CMTS isn’t a small feat.
