It will be enabled for all interfaces - but only actively advertising the 10.10.10.0/30 network. Passive interfaces accept routing updates, but do not send them (if explicitly configured and included in the network command).
I haven't tried OSPF on a per-interface other than an IOS-XR and the parameters are a bit different. router ospf 1 area 0 interface GigabitEthernet0/0/0/0 ! !
