you would probably want to bridge the two ports together using a bridge domain, e.g. > http://www.brianraaen.com/2012/01/17/setting-up-802-q-and-switch-ports-in-an-asr9000/ Not sure if this is supported when one of the ports is a tunnel, but if it is, make sure that your MTUs are set up correctly.
