Very interesting (concerning) I had a stuck ACL entry the other day on an ASR9006...
Blocking outbound traffic in an ipv4 acl on an interface... removed the /24 I was blocking.... still couldn't pass traffic to it... Removed the outbound acl completely from the interface...commit...reapplied the outbound acl to the interface....commit Fixed. Yeah, seemed like a stuck entry somewhere.
