Subject: [cisco-voip] ds0-group with loop start on AS5400

Trying to configure a ds0-group with loop start on a 5400. The t1 in question
connects to a channel bank that breaks the t1 out into individual ds0's. The
problem is that the 5400 is never sending a loop start signal (0101) to the the
channel bank, so the channel bank won't activate the ds0. Is there any example
anywhere of a t1 ds0 group and voice port configuration for loop start that I
can look at to figure out why I can't get this to send a loop start?

Here is the t1 and voice-port so far.

controller T1 6/6
 framing esf
 linecode b8zs
 ds0-group 1 timeslots 1-24 type sas-loop-start
 cas-custom 1
 trunk-group WNpots01
 description T1 1 to pots01.armplc.win.net channel bank

voice-port 6/6:1

Seems to be intermittent, then when I I got the web page, entered my PAK,
however after 5 minutes I got a timeout. I'll try again later today.

Hello all,

I'm currently trying to add cisco presence status to our corporate directory
web page, has anyone done this before and has anyone come up with a simple way
to achieve this ?

Using some methods is dependent on jabber being open is there anything that can
be done so jabber isn't required ?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Cheers,

John

Have your developers look at the Presence Web Service SOAP/REST API. This will
allow you to query presence status within an application/web page and publish
it.

I am having this issue, one of the branch router is not streaming multicast
moh. I was told it was working and has stopped working (not sure though)...when
the user is put on hold - there is silence and the output of sh ccm
music-on-hold is as below:

sh ccm music
Current active multicast sessions : 1
Multicast RTP port Packets Call Codec Incoming

<<<<< no interface and packets stay at 0

CUCM - checked multicast is enabled and MRGL is assigned to DP ..On the router
max-dn command was missing under fallback...rest is configured properly..with
multicast route and correct file name..if i try adding max-dn i get below error
and i am not even able to add max-dn 1....
%DIALPEER_DB-3-ADDPEER_MEM_THRESHOLD: Addition of dial-peers limited by
available memory

sh ephone summ output shows - no MOH file...i have tried removing and re-adding
fallback and also re uploading the MoH file....could the issue be due to max-dn
not configured....??? or it could be two separate issues..? Router is 3845 and
IOS is 12.3(11r)T2....Any clue if any one came across this????
