So I need to buy some of those USB token keys for security. We have two
clusters, a test cluster and a production cluster. I'd like to buy two for the
test cluster and three for the production cluster to be sure.

There are actually standards that pertain to loss between phones.
Try:
Input gain -6
output attenuation 6
This worked for me a few weeks back.

it's really simple!
well, no, not really. Sorry. Happy Friday.
The keys *should* be sold in pairs and at least 2 should be used on every
cluster for redundancy. That way you can lose 1, via any means, and not be
locked out of the cluster.
It is possible to reuse one key on multiple clusters.
There are new keys coming out soon that only work with newer CM versions and
require updated CTLClient app. There *should* be guidance in the ordering tool
about which key you're getting and associated compatibility.

We're on v7 upgrading to v9. The product description is as follows:

How are people monitoring these? A brief search doesn't yield an SNMP counter
for registration status and my carrier's (Paetec/Windstream) SBC is not
pingable so I can't use an IP SLA.

You could use all keys on both clusters... Or any combination of at least 2 on
each cluster - there is nothing happening on the tokens.

Can I ask...are you looking for real time monitoring or historical
reporting? Sorry, I only can assist with historical reporting - attached
examples... This historical reporting is gleaned from your CUCM CDR
(hence, historical reporting), not from your GW's.

Can I ask...are you looking for real time monitoring or historical reporting?
Sorry, I only can assist with historical reporting - attached examples... This
historical reporting is gleaned from your CUCM CDR (hence, historical
reporting), not from your GW's.
