Hello All,

i have 2 questions if anyone could spare sometime and give me some input.

First of all, i am running CME 4.1 and need to make my auto attendant
working. what is the requirement to make it work, i have NM-CUE and my
voice mail is working OK. do i need to create a dial-peer for AA and do i
need to use TCL script application? what is the procedure step and
requirement to make it work.

Second, i configured my MOH, it's working fine for internal phone, but i
won't hear any music from outside call like cell phone or land line when put
on hold. i do hear some noise every 5 or 10 seconds or so.

please give any input you have in mind.

Running CME 4.1, CUE 3.0 and IOS 12.4(15)T on 2811. and connect to a IAD
cisco CUBE from my provider.

Thank you very much for your time.

Best Regards,

Vincent

Dear All,

I need to lookup contacts with Jabber for Windows in a "remote" Active Directory
forest.

There is no trust relationship between the Forest where the user accounts for IM
and Presence reside and the "remote" Active Directory. The lookup for the
"local" contacts is working properly but the customers requirement is to also
return search results for the associated

company with its own Active Directory forest.

Presence Integration or IM is not a requirement.

Any idea how to configure this?

 Thanks and all the best,

Thomas

Yes ,
You need to create Dial-peer for AA ?& TCL script .
Also you might need to check how many digit use to inbound call t set up your AA

Second request;
?Is your MOH on right path to TFTP flash;??
have you enable it on telephony-service?
?

HI All,

so the requirement for it to work is dial peer for AA and TCL script under
application? would you please clarify or give example on digit use to
inbound call for AA?

for MOH, yes, its the right path, that's why it's working ok for internal
call when put on hold, but not any call from outside.

Please give more details. thank you very much for your time.

Best Regards,

Vincent
