All:

I'm creating some training videos and wanted to know if anyone has some
'Real-World' Contact Center Wav Files that they could send me. I'm not
sure if this is a legal request, so please forgive my ignorance.

I need a the following Wav Files:

- MainMenu
- Normal Greeting
- NoAgtsLoggedIn
- Closed Greeting
- Holiday Greeting
- Queue Music
- Queue Announcement

I realize I could create these myself, but I'm just looking for something
that is a bit more professional.

Sincerely,

Ryan Burtch

Great find. A few clarifying points that were not clear to me:

* The feature is called "PCM Tracer" - note it is different from the original
PCM capture.
* It is only on specific platforms - ISR-G2 and VG350.

Wes

Have you looked at the system prompts off UCCX/IP-IVR?

You can download them here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-13933

I found a few that would match up to your list, unfortunately, not all of
them:

   - MainMenu = AA/AAMainMenu.wav
   - NormalGreeting = ICD/ICDWelcome.wav
   - NoAgtsLoggedIn = ICD/ICDQueue.wav
   - Closed Greeting =
   - Holiday Greeting =
   - Queue Music =
   - Queue Announcement = ICM/ICMVisibleQAnn1.wav

Good luck.

If you have a mac, you can generate your prompts. Here's an example of how
to do it. This is what I do to easily create prompts for my lab or to
create temporary prompts for testing call flows. Sample prompt attached
(if it comes through).

Windows 64 bit and CUEAC 9.0...

The Driect Transfers value is located in hkey_users.

This poses a huge problem with making sure blind transfers work uniformly
no matter which user is logged in.

Is there some way to get these values in hkey_local_machine so we don't
have to touch the registry every time a new user logs in to the PC for
reception duty?

Erick,

This is still located under HKLM, what is the full location you are seeing?

I see it under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Arc Solutions\Call

What OS is this on? It looks like you are running this on the server.

You no longer need to change this directly in the registry as the option is now
in the preferences. Go to Options-->Preferences-->Advanced and select "No
calls".

The location has actually changed in V9, it should be I see it under
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Arc Solutions\Call Connect\Operator\Preferences.

Most audio tools can read a raw PCM file, since it doesn't have a header you
just need to specify the format (eg. 8bit/16bit, Mono, 8000 samples)

I'm not sure about Audacity but I can say that we use Adobe Audition ($$$) and
the NCH Wavepad (Free/cheap) to do just this, once loaded you can play, edit
and save to another format.

Yes, Audacity works with PCM

Most audio tools can read a raw PCM file, since it doesn't have a header you
just need to specify the format (eg. 8bit/16bit, Mono, 8000 samples)

I'm not sure about Audacity but I can say that we use Adobe Audition ($$$) and
the NCH Wavepad (Free/cheap) to do just this, once loaded you can play, edit
and save to another format.

Another thing that pops into my mind is:

Will other audio tools, such as Audacity, work for this?

Great find. A few clarifying points that were not clear to me:

* The feature is called "PCM Tracer" - note it is different from the original
PCM capture.
* It is only on specific platforms - ISR-G2 and VG350.

It is Windows 7 64 bit.

I want to be clear before I go back to the offices and tell them I have a
solution for them.

Setting "No Calls" will display the caller's ID rather than the Operator's
ID when doing blind transfers.

Dears,

Is it possible to connect the SPA8000 to 2851 4-port FXO card and configure
as normal FXO ports?

Correct.

No calls is essentially setting the registry value to "All"

You no longer need to change this directly in the registry as the option is now
in the preferences. Go to Options-->Preferences-->Advanced and select "No

The location has actually changed in V9, it should be I see it under

The Driect Transfers value is located in hkey_users.

This poses a huge problem with making sure blind transfers work uniformly no
matter which user is logged in.

Is there some way to get these values in hkey_local_machine so we don't have to
touch the registry every time a new user logs in to the PC for reception duty?
