Hi, I have a CUCM cluster with locally configured users. This was done because at the time of install the domain infrastructure (Microsoft AD) was not ready. The user id filed in CUCM is the IP Phone DN and all users (including Call Center agents) are using Extension Mobility. In AD the username is the same as email ID. What will be the best way to integrate CUCM with AD for LDAP sync and authentication?
