Hi Erick, This is first fixed in UCCX in 10.5(1).
The bug is first fixed in the 9.x platform that comes with CUCM 009.001(002.12036.001). UCCX 9.0(2)SU2 contains platform 9.0.1.11011-1 so it’s not in there. UCCX 10.0(1)SU1 contains platform 9.1.2.11006-1 so it isn’t in there either. UCCX 10.5 uses the 10.x platform train. The bug is first fixed in the 10.x platform that comes with CUCM 010.000(001.11004.001). UCCX 10.5(1)SU1 uses platform 10.0.1.12007-1 so it should be in there. This is all very complicated and confusing so I’ve filed CSCur90196 to get the fix documented as fixed in UCCX in 10.5(1) and to see about back porting it into the 9.0(2) and 10.0(1) trains. HTH.
