Your best bet would be to contact your account team and/or partner for help.
They can (and should have) gone through the changes of UCSS and ESW migrating
to one item, SWSS (ECMU sku).

That being said, I have noticed, that even after buying this stuff, I have to
open a ticket with the contract centre to give me access, and then to
[email protected] to make sure I have access via TAC cases.

I have seen the error you mention below in the past, typically when the
contract I purchased has been forward dated, but not yet active. Check the
dates in the contract centre for your SWSS contract.

Hope that helps.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Register SWSS?

Hi all,

We recently renewed our UCSS, although it came through as SWSS (ECMU). I added
the contract numbers to our account, which appear in some places (SAMT), but
not in ours (CCO account, CSCC). I'm trying to use the PUT, but when I enter
the ECMU contract number, I get "105 - This Service Contract nnnnnnn is not in
an ACTIVE status. It is either in SIGNED, EXPIRED or TERMINATED status." Now
with UCSS there was a PAK to register, but I haven't got one this time. Is this
something I need to chase up my reseller for or is there a different process to
activate SWSS?

Thanks,
