ya. saw that one. i'll have to try that one out. we have Zimbra, but people can 
use Outlook to connect. i wonder if that integration will work.

There's the Outlook integration to show when you're in a meeting, show Outlook 
contacts in Jabber, show presence information of Jabber users in Outlook, and 
save chat history to Outlook.

It mentions WebEx integration, but again, I was just responding to an invite, 
not running the WebEx session.
