Subject: Re: [cisco-voip] 88xx Actionable Incoming Call Alert - Half Displayed

yes, had the problem opened a case: 680839616

CM 10.5.2
SIP 10-5-1-18
phones are all 8861.

Bug ID
CSCva42814<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__bst.cloudapps.cisco.com_bugsearch_bug_CSCva42814&d=DgMFaQ&c=XHgqDMffAkUKcWDgZTAtfA&r=CPPtHiBmXl8ippk1Vd_2Q77hS-kviZW8y4seu05NcUI&m=hf7806EjZWC3gcCkQBzXx3U6hTig7mA9t8_4YltVSCE&s=IsAV0W3R5D2sBaeeV9JVIGsyPxTX-R7ChvJxIa48gk0&e=>

11.5(1)ES5 fixed the issue.

it was only calls going through a VGW not phone to phone calls.

We’re migrating to 8861/8865’s. The standard configuration is “Actionable
Incoming Call Alert = Show for all Incoming Call” (Override Common Setting =
yes).

For a majority of calls for some locations the Alert only half displays almost
fully cutting off “Answer, Decline, Ignore”. For one location, this doesn’t
happen at all and the Alert is fully displayed.
This sounds like CSCva42814 but different calls on the same gateway sometimes
Alert fully others do not.

Has anyone experienced? Supposedly, this is resolved in 11.5(1)ES5, is anyone
on that release with these endpoints and configurations?

Thanks!
