Hi All,

I'm looking for some possible tips to try and diagnose some internal voice
quality issues which we seem to regularly be having...

We have a multi-site deployment of a Cisco CME using Cisco 7960 IP Phones
running Skinny and using firmware c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.151-3.T4.bin.

As I understand were not using a standard deployment via having the phones go
over the private Ethernet service to the PBX instead of locally hosted PBX's,
however I can't see why this would be an issue.

Each site is configured with QoS on switches/routers and WAN interfaces as per
cisco best practices and none of the sites wan links are particularly busy
either.

The PBX/Router is centred In our Datacentre and our 3 sites are connected via
private Ethernet circuits, below shows the latency between each site.

>From PBX/Router to Each Site,
Site A - round-trip min/avg/max = 32/33/48 ms
Site B - round-trip min/avg/max = 16/16/20 ms
Site C - round-trip min/avg/max = 28/31/36 ms

>From Site A to Each Site,
PBX - round-trip min/avg/max = 32/35/40 ms
Site B - round-trip min/avg/max = 48/48/48 ms
Site C - round-trip min/avg/max = 60/62/64 ms

>From site B to each site,
PBX - round-trip min/avg/max = 16/16/20 ms
Site A - round-trip min/avg/max = 44/47/68 ms
Site C - round-trip min/avg/max = 44/46/48 ms

Site C to each Site
PBX - round-trip min/avg/max = 28/31/36 ms
Site A - round-trip min/avg/max = 60/63/88 ms
Site B - round-trip min/avg/max = 44/46/48 ms

Any Ideas?

Regards,
Quenten
