hi ,

I logged into CUCM today and found out that there is issue with licensing. I 
logged into Prime licensing and can see Registration conflict against CUCM and 
Unity Connection.



Now i have to send email to Cisco licensing team. i dont have Sales order 
number handy. i looked into getting license mac address and show status doesnt 
show license mac. Could somebody tell, what info should i give to Licensing 
team to generate correct license.
