I went so far as to reset, uninstall, delete %appdata%\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications and the one in local as well. Reinstall, same behavior. It “remembered” my lelio account.

I ran into a problem where I can’t seem to change the username on Jabber any longer, even with a reset. It defaults back to the user I had earlier. The only recent change is our upgrade from CUCM v9 to CUCM v11.5. I’m guessing that did it, but I’m hoping to find a way out of this. I’m in the middle of my research right now, but if anyone has a quick link or fix to this, that would be great.
