Have you; a.) upgraded the J4W client recently? b.) made changes to your Windows environment (it’s been my experience the UPN discovery doesn’t always work if you don’t log into a Windows domain) Are you; a.) certain it wasn’t installed with upn discovery disable before (Ex. I ran into a problem where I can’t seem to change the username on Jabber any longer, even with a reset. It defaults back to the user I had earlier. The only recent change is our upgrade from CUCM v9 to CUCM v11.5. I’m guessing that did it, but I’m hoping to find a way out of this. I’m in the middle of my research right now, but if anyone has a quick link or fix to this, that would be great.
