Thanks. I’m also wondering about how restrictive I make my search rules. Right 
now, I’m picking the named zone, but if I end up registering devices, I’m 
guessing I’ll need to change that to ANY, or duplicate the rules. Too bad the 
search rules don’t allow you to check off zones.

Yea, I'd just keep those on top just in case you ever register anything 
directly to the C/E.

Does that make sense? The local zone match rule, specifically, has a "Continue" 
so I'm guessing if I end up registering devices with the same domain as, say, 
my CUCM registered endpoints, it will find the local ones first then go to my 
other search rules.
