We have a weird issue with some of our Cisco 7841 phones ,

Group of users are sharing an extension. when one of the extension receives
a call and is placed on hold, other users that has the shared line
configured on their phone are not able to pick up the call. The user that
placed the call on hold will be able to pick it up again but not other
users . Its happening sporadically .

Any help  would be appreciated.
