Yes this is tested in BE4K. BACD is implemented for queuing.
This script should work fine.

The bug wasn’t reproducible in the customer environment.

Have you tested that?  It looks like it can't play the audio prompts-

You can't do VXML on ISR4k's so there's no way to play any sort of audio any 
more.  None of the Voice TCL scripts really work on the 4k's if they do any 
media termination so things like fax detection no longer work.
