Hi Erick,
I have worked with this kind of setup. I used EPABX connectivity. I
connected the cable from EPABX to the voice ports of the router and the
config which I made had worked fine. The config is attached herewith.

Send me a copy of your configs. Sounds like you have a
port / dest-pattern mapping mismatch. Are you able to
dial the local phones fine connected to router (if you
have 2 phones plugged into the ports)?
