  255.240.0.0 subnetmask for /12
    broadcast address .......ex 172.8.0.255
  you have an option of 4,094 networks and 262,142 ip addresses
  classfull ip ranges are 1 to 254 for devices.
2)config-reg 0x2102 boots to flash uses NVRAM normal operation,
I don't know the other one...
