Hi, Are you sure pbi_vgw_003 can reach your ntp servers? Are you sure? As you can see from the show ntp pbi_vgw_001 is sync.ed to the ntp server. Also keep in mind that the sync. can take a while. I once configured NTP on an Alcatel Omniswitch-Router and the sync. took 5 min.
