The reason for inserting the Exam Note "Rotary groups are considered legacy 
DDR" is that frequently during vendor certification exams you will find 
that **Insert Your Favorite Vendor Here** will test you on the ability to 
learn the subject as they define it.  Your understanding of Rotary Groups 
does not rely on this fact, that is why it was delineated by a 
"Note".  However, if Cisco asks about "legacy DDR" you have a reference 
point for the "Cisco Answer". :-)
