I think it's the same for v2, except that triggered updates are also enabled
by default.  It's also sent to a multicast address (224.0.0.9) rather than
broadcast, and you've still got 25 routes per packet max.

P.S.  While we're on the subject of d.v. routing protocols: I'm only going
to say this once - split horizon and poison reverse are two *different*
