Pix Problem

Hi;

      Have a very strange PIX problem.

      1)   I opened port 20, 21, 28 in the cofiguration of PIX firewall,
able to access FTP server thru
            window under DOS prompt.  The problem is that I can't able to
retrieve file thru web browser.
            Let say, I can even get the file directly from download.com.
