I have a question concerning by ISDN setup!
I have 2 cisco 2520 routers with bri(s) on each. I also am using a teltone
ISDN demonstrator. My task is to network these to routers together
connecting via ISDN. I have setup all I can thin of and am believing that
my problem is no in the routers or teltone but what is supposed to be in the
middle of the router and simulator. I guess my question is....do I need a
NT1 device between the router and the simulator or does the router do this
for me?
I have looked at some configs and some have a dialer interface configured on
them others do not! (What is up with that?)
When I look at the "show ISDN status" command I get that layer 1 is
deactivated. I am stuck please help.
