you need an NT1.  The 2520 is an S/T interface.

Some use dialer profiles some do not.  You do not have to use Dialer
profiles to use ISDN, they have a purpose however in many situations.  I
would recommend reading up on Cisco ISDN configuration, Building Cisco
Remote Access Networks is an excellent book for this.

you need an NT1
