You may want to look into third party server-based products that monitor web traffic, and then, based on policy, assist in blocking access to sites not permitted. There are two or three of these companies that I saw at Networkers, but the only name I can remember is WebSecure. Literally, it is getting to be impossible to use a firewall to enforce policy on a page by page basis. As you point out, you can't block RealAudio altogether because there are company blessed applications for it. So the best you can do is block access to the radio station web pages. Or buy a bigger pipe, which is my recommendation. After all, employees listen to the radio to make their workplaces just a bit more friendly. Happy employees are productive employees.
