You may want to look into third party server-based products that monitor web
traffic, and then, based on policy, assist in blocking access to sites not
permitted. There are two or three of these companies that I saw at
Networkers, but the only name I can remember is WebSecure.

Literally, it is getting to be impossible to use a firewall to enforce
policy on a page by page basis. As you point out, you can't block RealAudio
altogether because there are company blessed applications for it. So the
best you can do is block access to the radio station web pages.

Or buy a bigger pipe, which is my recommendation. After all, employees
listen to the radio to make their workplaces just a bit more friendly. Happy
employees are productive employees.

Hi

I have alot of users listening to Internet Radio streaming. They are choking
my company Internet pipe!!
Any thing that i can use to block those? For example Access List? But then,
what ports can i block? I can't block Real Audio Port coz some users really
needs to use Realaudio for their stuffs (eg....web training etc)

Any advcie will be appreciated. Thanks
