You have connected this to your Com1 & the switch's Console port ??? Have
you tried to change the speeds on your Hyper Term (1200, 2400, etc.).
Remember with Hyper Term, you must close the window & re-open, for it to
take the speed change. If your cable or speed are wrong, you should see
garble @ the top left hand side of the screen (when connected). I had an
old 1924 about a year ago & it took be weeks to figure out it took a
different cable & I was not able to find anything on the CCO about it
either.
