When working with my older 1900 switches, I sent an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
with the model, serial number and current firmware. They responded within
24 hours with upgrade information - there was actually none for my switch.
My guess is there will not be one for yours either. Many of the older
switches did not have command line access capability.
