You can't tftp across the console port, you have to tftp from something you
have IP connectivity to.  If you have to upload from the console, the
command you want is (From Rom IOS)
copy xmodem flash:yourfilename.bin

As an aside, I've tried copy flash tftp using the console port connected to
my PC and TFTPD32 running on the PC. I keep getting the error:

Destination filename [c2600-is40-mz.120-4.T]?
