On 12.0 see the following. The configuration command is clock rate (speed)

      Choose clockrate from list above

A show run command gives the following:
interface Serial2
 ip address 192.168.1.49 255.255.255.240
 no ip directed-broadcast
 clockrate 64000

Note that clockrate is all one word here.
