Iyuri,
On top of what you already have, you will also need:
A router with one FE (10/100) Ethernet port for ISL/dot1q vlan trunking
2 x Routers with voice capabilities for the VOIP bits
a Cat 5002 would be nice for pracising VLAN's etc.
A router with 4 serial WAN ports to try out Frame Relay etc.
2 routers with ISDN capability with either an ISDN simulator or a real line.
I don't know about the ATM side of things
A LAN Analyzer Software on a PC would be useful to decipher packets etc.
I think you should be set.
btw I never did get FTP working on your server.
